The entire content published on Martian Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, the "look and feel" of the website, data files, graphics, text, photographs, logos, images, sounds, music, video, audio files or code, including software and all HTML and code ("GM Content") is protected by copyright, trademark, design, patent and other laws, and GM Content shall remain at all times vested in Martian and/or are the property of their respective owners.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of Martian Platform for the sole purpose of placing an order. Without obtaining our prior written consent, any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, display or transmission of any content of Martian Platform is strictly prohibited.

When you register an account on Martian Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. Martian reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

All orders placed through Martian Platform are subject to product availability and acceptance by Martian. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Martian reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer or order.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction without regard to conflicts of law principles.
